Card Box Armor
Here is an inexpensive way to protect your playing decks even further in transit. This idea came about after one of the guild members had a roof cave in on top of his playing decks that were still in the box. Half the box got soaked along with another holding extras. While you probably won't have a roof cave-in on you, armoring your decks can help you protect your cards from weather and spills.
You will need Clear packaging tape, duct tape or some other kind of tape with good adhesion. Disassemble an existing box or buy one that is already flat. Wrap tape around the length of the box and be sure to overlap the edges and the layers of tape by at least a 1/2". Be sure to cover any holes in the box - even those put in by the factory. You do have the option of putting in a design underneath the laminate if you want to.
