A. Draw Deck Specifications
1. Illegal Cards: Raise the stakes, Black Hole
2. No More than 3 identical cards of any type are allowed in your deck.
B. Supplemental Rules
1. To play another Quadrant deck in an Alpha Quadrant game you must play with some way for you and your opponent to move between the Alpha Quadrant and the other quadrant.
