Empathy

Empathy is a nice attribute for personnel to have but is not necessarily needed in your decks.

Yes, there are a few dilemmas that require empaths to get by but they will not normally make a difference in the game.

At most, a couple away team members will be stopped (You'll get your people back), captured (Nothing a Rescue Captives will not take care of),

A good habit to get into is not sending the people you need to fulfill the mission requirements on the away team until you are

For those of you that still would like to add some empaths to your personnel roster here is a pretty complete list of all the personnel with empathy as a skill, or a skill they can choose, and how many empathy points they have.

As you will see not all races have personnel with empathy, you will have to use Non-Aligned personnel if you want to add any empathy to your deck.
