Halloween Costumes!
Skidmore of Borg Assimilates his wife, turning her hair blonde. Winner of most unique costume (ironic for the Borg). Made from a New Bright remote control, white finger paint, several feet of wire, hospital grade air tubing, clear packing tape, a 9v battery, motor winding assembly from a small motor, a red LED, a laser assembly and tray motor from a CD-ROM. The motor spins the motor winding and the LED lights up (only just visible in this picture).
Admiral Froelich as "Captain Froelich". Must have had a demotion of some kind (though I'm sure it is temporary). Winner of Best Costume.
Praetor Terrill in Romulan Uniform. Made by Terrill without a pattern, the costume "still had issues" Terrill said, but none were too apparent. The costume took nearly 8 hours to finally complete.
Leejr Terrys came as a beer-swigging sheriff which nearly won a prize for Most Offensive costume (just kidding). Leejr was kind enough to put a shirt on during play.
Though not technically a costume, this poster boy for Subway will be delivering the food for the tournament in January. The shadow Gul Tonec's hat creates in this picture almost makes him look Cardassian.
Though not in any costume whatsoever, Damon Darc came in all brown making him the UPS guy from Gre'thor. With a goofy smile that belongs on the cover of MAD magazine and an action shot of a gesture that didn't quite make the cut, Damon Darc very nearly looks like a Ferengi in this picture.
