The Guild has actually been off in its calculations for quite some time and after the tournament was the perfect opportunity to perform an audit. This is what was found.
3 candy purchases were unaccounted for totaling $47.55
Skidmore's renewal was not recorded. +$30.00
Money from the Coke machine had not been recorded. +$12.00
Money from the Card Sales had not been recorded +12.00
$15 tournament shipping costs were unexpected $15.00
If you take a look at the guild fund report you can see it all balances out with a net earning of about $3.50 this week.
New player
We will be having a new player starting October 6th. He will be playing Bajoran. This will complete all of the races for the new year. For the first time in guild history, all of the Alpha Quadrant races are taken.
Member Info Sheets
Everyone will need to fill out new player information sheets in October. You should receive your member cards by then.
